In case you missed it on Tuesday, I published a new investigation on the use of weight loss drugs in professional swimming which have been at the centre of many doping cases involving the world’s best swimmers. A World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) laboratory scientist informed me that the drugs, known as diuretics or ‘water pills’, are also likely no longer used by athletes to mask the presence of other drugs. “We tried a few different things. The base of it was testosterone and then peptides. We used BPC-157, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin and Thymosin,” (link).
